1. Information, not advice

Visa requirements, quotas, fees and job and cost-of-living estimates on this site are a general guide. They change often and depend on your personal situation. They are not legal or immigration advice. Always check the official government website for your destination before you apply, book or pay for anything. Community posts are the personal views of their authors, not ours.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts to get around a ban.

3. Community rules

When you post, comment or reply, you must not:

• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful or sexually explicit content;
• post other people's personal data, or your own sensitive documents (such as passport scans);
• post spam, advertising or undisclosed affiliate links;
• offer or ask for anything illegal, including visa fraud, fake documents or undeclared work arrangements;
• knowingly share false information about visas or job offers, or run scams;
• infringe copyright or other rights, or post malware or try to break or overload the site.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and share it on the site for as long as it stays there. Your posts are public, so think before you share. To have one of your threads or comments removed, email whconnectteam@gmail.com.

5. Reporting and moderation

Use the Report button on any thread or comment that breaks these rules, or email whconnectteam@gmail.com. We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you why, and you can reply to that message to ask us to review the decision.

6. Other websites and affiliate links

We link to official government websites and to partner offers. Links marked “Affiliate link” may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We don't control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or services; your purchase is an agreement between you and that provider.

7. Availability

The site is free. We may change, pause or stop features at any time and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on information on the site or in community posts, such as a refused visa, a missed deadline or travel costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using the site at any time. To delete your account and its data, email whconnectteam@gmail.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell signed-in users in advance. If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
